Thanks to generous donors like you, Sunshine Services provides critical resources such as early intervention services, supported employment opportunities, recreation and leisure programs, and specialized initiatives that foster independence, resilience, and personal growth. As Amy Houk, our Early Intervention Director, shared: “When a family comes to us, they’re often overwhelmed and unsure of what comes next. Your support allows us to walk beside them—to calm fears, celebrate milestones, and give their child the best possible start. You’re not just giving to a program; you’re giving hope to a family.”

Here’s how your support makes a difference:

• $50 — Supports one Developmental Therapist visit for a family in our Early Intervention Program
• $150 — Fuels a full day of visits for one Developmental Therapist serving rural families in Knox, Blount, and Jefferson Counties
• $250 — Provides five hours of individualized job coaching to help someone gain or maintain community employment
• $500 — Funds lifesaving fall-detection smart-watch technology for someone who needs it most
• $750 — Puts an iPad in the hands of someone who relies on it for connection, education, and greater independence
• $1,000+ — Helps fund salaries for individuals employed through Sunshine Industries
